All prices below for NSP’s will be ballpark only. When all stock photos are replaced with ponds I built. Prices will go up 30%. Prices do not include landscaping, outdoor lighting, bridges, ect. NSP’s will be turn key and will come with all pumps, underlayment, liner, pipe, stone, gravel and first treatment. You will be able to jump in the day I finish. Prices will vary on what size rocks are used, what size waterfalls you want, how deep you want to go and where the NSP will be located

I’m excited to see you made it to this page. Your budget dictates what we can build for you. There are so many cool things that can be done to natural swimming ponds like sand beaches to jump docks or rocks. Lazy rivers can also be added to any existing pond. You nay even want in island in the middle of the pond with a fire pit. Your imagination can go anywhere but anywhere has a price. With the smallest swim ponds starting at $55,000 and going upto $200,000 with waterfalls and 70x25 swim zone.

This NSP will also include all other equipment to turn key the Swimming pond.

This pond comes with a 30 foot by 40 foot liner for swim area, it comes with a 20 foot by 20 foot liner for the wetland filter. This NSP will also include all other equipment to turn key the Swimming pond this would be an upgrade from pams pond #1. This pond will look like above pond but bigger.

This NSP will include excavation and haul off. We will need access to the yard with machinery. This pond comes with a 40 foot by 50 foot liner for swim area, it comes with a 20 foot by 20 foot liner for the wetland filter. This NSP will also include all other equipment to turn key the Swimming pond. This would have been less but it has upgraded waterfalls and duel skimmers along with a massive jump rock. I built this for a landscape company.
Mike & Elaine’s Natural Swimming Pond
This pond came complete with 2 8000 gallon remote controlled pumps. We installed both a jump rock as well a jump dock into a 5 foot deep Swimming zone. The natural swimming pond also comes with a wetland filter. Everything was included in this price from plants to outdoor lighting.

Are you just in the mood to get in and chill. Let this lazy river take you around and around.This can be upgraded with landscape and waterfall. To add to the excitement we can install lighting and fog makers as well as misters and Bluetooth landscape speakers. Travel around this 5 to 6 foot wide river 2 1/2 to 3 feet deep with waterfalls. A massive jet pushing up to an 2400 GPM all around the river, pushing you from start to finish over and over. The pump is variable speed and remote controlled.
Rick and Lisa’s front yard oasis
This one is a monster swim pond. This pond includes a 50 x30 swim area 7 feet deep to 3 foot shallows. Surrounded by Lillie’s and bog plants on both sides. Extras on this pond were 15 feet of pond steppers, upgraded waterfalls using boulders and a double wetland filter. This pond is powered by 2 10000 gph pumps and a deep end aerator with duel diffusers. The landscape and driftwood package was also added. The basic lighting was added to this beautiful pond along with low watt Bluetooth speaker
Bruce & Barbara back yard get away
This is a 65x40 liner a long with a 20x25 liner for the wetland filter. This comes with 3 different sets of waterfalls for different moods. The largest waterfall is set against some boulders you can relax on with the main waterfall flowing over your shoulders. This one is 5 1/2 feet deep with a swim zone of 30 feet and 12 feet of shallows for the grandchildren. This also comes with a jump dock, landscape and underwater lights. This swim pond was nestled in the woods so landscape was not need.
Patrick & Christina swim pond
This massive 75 ton swimming pond comes with all the bells and whistles. It includes a 6 foot deep end and a 4 foot shallow with a sand play area for the kids. It also comes with jet and a stand alone waterfall in addition to the wetland filter. Liner size was 70x50 and we used every inch of it. Flagstone staircase enters this pond from the walkway that connects to the back porch.
San Saba swimming pond
This 48x20 swim area is perfect for cannon balls and laps. It comes with an entry beach and a waterfall lounge area. A massive 2000 jump rock invites you to take the plunge. This design comes with a wetland filter and intake bay with a 20 foot river of waterfalls. Giant boulders ranging from 200 lb to 2000 lbs fill the entire swim pond. With over 72 tons of rock this is a magical paradise.
The new lake Travis
This fully interactive natural swim ponds comes with the outdoor kitchen. This swim pond stretches 85 feet in length and 22 feet wide in most parts. This is 5.5 feet deep and as shallow as 3.5 feet with a sitting area. A grand staircase in the center exit up to the outdoor kitchen. This one came with a double wetland filter and had to be built backwards out of the pond. We also built a cool hobbit house out in the woods.
European Natural Swimming Ponds
European swim ponds are built a little different than the Texas edition. ENSP will have a regeneration zone that surrounds the swim zone. These ponds also come with a jump dock. Just because the look mimics the European style it will still be built with local rocks underneath the water. This style does not come with waterfalls and is mostly powered by air bubbles. We still include a water pump to power the wetland filter. The skimmer zone will be located under the dock

Robert & Lauren’s Natural Swimming Pond
This was a monster job with a massive 1600 square foot water surface. This pond came with a small landscape and a small outdoor lighting package. This is powered by 2 8000 remote controlled pumps along with many air stones to add circulation to this 6 foot deep swimming hole. Most rocked used are under water and weight 700 pounds a piece. We call this the Texas European Swimming Pond. This job came with all the pond plants as well as he 4x8 jump dock. The 20x20 wetland filter also was included
The Jonestown swim pond
This is another monster pond build with the measurements of 60 x30 with a 15 x8 bog and a 30 x6 river with waterfalls. His is powered by 2 - 7500 gph pumps and a 5000 gallon air pump. This swimming pond is the base model 60x30 for $65,000 but has an upgraded wetland filter along with a 30 foot plus river and waterfalls. This also came with a 4x10 jump dock and many different edge boulders . This has a small pea gravel beach with massive steps leading into the pond. More details in the blog.

Swimming pool to natural swim pond conversion
So it can be done. Are you tired of chlorine and salts in your pool? We can convert to a natural swim pond. This was an infinity pool converted into a natural swim pond . The customers can swim or fish in this pond.
We can add landscape, outdoor lighting, rope fences, decks & docks, patios and pergolas. Your imagination will dictate the budgets and I’m the king of stretching budgets. I will give you the most I can possibly give you without building your pond for free. Replacing 2 man boulders with large machine movable rock will increase the price and labor but will shorten the build time. (Fence repair is additional cost)( Sprinkler system repair or reroute is an additional cost)(Replacing Sod from machines will be an additional cost)

Your pond is your dream, I’m here to make it a reality. In the real world everything comes with a price. Even though Picasso paintings look like crap they still sell for millions. We are not saying you have to spend a million but everything we add has a price tag. We will be offering 3 bids per pond. One will be the standard or basic. It will be a functional swim pond without the bells and whistles. There will also be the deluxe swim pond. This will include the standard pond with aquatic and landscape plants, it will also include basic pond lighting as well as landscape lighting. Then there will be the premium swim pond which will include every from the first 2 plus additional lighting, additional landscape, rocks that line the whole pond.
Standard ponds normally come with submersible pumps. Which means you need to turn off the waterfalls before swimming. Submersible pumps are great for all aspects of the pond except for the fact you are putting electricity into a body of water. So for your safety you just need to turn off the pumps when you swim and turn them back on when you get out.
Deluxe and premium pond will come with external pumps which mean you can swim with the pumps and waterfalls running full blast. With deluxe and premium ponds you can have a sand beach entrance. Sand and submersible pumps don’t mix so basic ponds get pea gravel beaches.
There are many factors that come into play when building your pond. What is your soil like, will concrete walls need to be installed. We want to work with your budget and we can give you something for what you have to pay. But all good things need to come to an end. We can’t keep adding things that were not part of the original design for free. I can nickel and dime my self to death building these Swim ponds because they are so exciting.
So in final we have to consider everything involved and work that into your budget. If a French drain needs to be installed around your pond to prevent water from going in. Then that is extra or the pond can be made smaller to accommodate this upgrade. If you are wanting to add extra rock around the edges to prevent gravel from sliding into the pond then that is extra or we can make the pond smaller to accommodate this upgrade.
Here in Austin a typical concrete pool 20 feet long and about 13 feet wide will run around $60,000.00 in perspective with that price you can get the basic pond for also $60,000.00 but it will be around 30 feet long and 20 feet wide.
There are two types of styles we offer, the Texas swim pond or the European swim pond. Both are really cool but the Texas swim pond doesn’t have 8 foot gravel sides so additional wetland filters need to be added. The European style just need the standard wetland filter be it also has 4 sides of gravel beds for aquatic planting.
We work with all types of budgets so there is something for everyone.
